Freshly Made Mozzarella!

My family and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Scaddabush! I decided to go with the original mozzarella platter, which was delicious! I knew it was fresh because I watched it be made right in front of me. I had a Shirley temple on the side and was good to go! The waiter we had was really fun and made me feel very welcome. I can't wait to go back for another taste of the mozzarella- but maybe i'll try it a different way next time!
